1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use the gttoto platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. gttoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account held by a person found to be under this minimum age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be void and forfeited.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The gttoto platform is designed primarily for Indonesian residents. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing gttoto is lawful in your location and to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. gttoto does not represent that access to or use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law may result in account suspension.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one and only one account on gttoto. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register on or use gttoto:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of gttoto and its affiliated companies;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from gttoto or any affiliated platform;
• Persons accessing the platform using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention technologies to mask their true location in jurisdictions where gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Persons acting as agents for, or on behalf of, a third party.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To use gttoto's services, you must complete the online registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account details with any third party. gttoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify gttoto customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 KYC Identity Verification

gttoto is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required at any time — including at account registration, before your first withdrawal, or following significant account activity — to submit any or all of the following identity documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport);
• Driver's license (SIM);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Bank account statement or screenshot confirming the account used for deposits;
• Source of funds documentation for high-value accounts.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account restriction. gttoto processes KYC documents in strict confidence in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gttoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods for Indonesian players: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for most payment methods. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 for major bank transfers. Individual withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. 4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience a delay of up to several hours pending bank processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by gttoto's finance team within 2–6 hours for fully verified accounts, and within 1–3 business days for accounts pending KYC completion. gttoto does not guarantee specific processing times as these are partly dependent on the receiving financial institution.

4.4 Own Funds Policy

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from an account not matching the registered player's identity may be withheld pending verification and returned to the originating account less any applicable bank fees. gttoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that deposited funds are your own legitimately earned money.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal of funds is subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements linked to the balance; and (c) gttoto's internal security screening procedures. gttoto reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abuse activity. Players will be notified of any withholding action and provided a reasonable opportunity to respond.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by gttoto are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the associated promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough or rollover requirements) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute at reduced rates ranging from 10–30%. The specific contribution rate for each game type is displayed within the promotion details page for each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gttoto employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, using software or bots to place automated bets, and any form of collusion with other players. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players making their first deposit on gttoto. Players who have previously held an account on the platform, or who register using details associated with an existing account, are not eligible for welcome promotions. gttoto reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold welcome bonuses from accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation. Expiry periods are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. It is the player's responsibility to use bonus funds within the stated validity period. gttoto will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Accepted Bet Types

gttoto offers a broad range of betting markets including but not limited to: pre-match and in-play sports betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports; mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) football bets; live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger); video slots and progressive jackpot slots; and numbers-based games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after submission.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a technical error on gttoto's platform caused incorrect odds to be displayed at the time of placement; or the bet was placed on a market that was opened in error. gttoto's decision regarding void bets is final and binding.

6.3 Obvious Errors

gttoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, even where the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. gttoto will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product categories. These limits are set per market and game type and are subject to change. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. gttoto reserves the right to reduce bet acceptance limits for individual players based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Our Commitment

7.3 Age Verification Obligation

gttoto takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. We will conduct age verification checks at registration and may request additional documentation at any point during an account's lifetime. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and funds returned to the depositing payment method pending identity confirmation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

gttoto collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on gttoto, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein. gttoto employs industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gttoto's services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You may exercise your data subject rights, including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

gttoto endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including actions by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. gttoto will not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions where reasonable steps have been taken to minimise downtime.

9.2 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gttoto's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gttoto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

9.3 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and for managing their gambling activity within their financial means. gttoto does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred through normal platform operation. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.

9.4 Third-Party Content

gttoto may provide access to games and content supplied by third-party studios and providers. While we select providers carefully, gttoto is not liable for defects, errors, or interruptions in third-party game content where such issues originate with the third-party provider and are outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gttoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of gttoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the gttoto platform without prior written authorisation from gttoto. Unauthorised use of gttoto's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your gttoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Closing your account does not exempt you from any obligations arising under these Terms prior to the closure date.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by gttoto

gttoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or deceptive activity;
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Conduct that gttoto reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other players, or its reputation;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, gttoto reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

12. Governing Law

gttoto operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gttoto holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to specific regulatory requirements in Indonesia and that it is your personal responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian laws when using the gttoto platform. gttoto does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gttoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Continued use of the gttoto platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
